the rooms were better than we expected for that price: very spacious and excellent beds. A separate toilet (with sink) and an excellent bathroom. In addition, a balcony with two chairs. Super rooms. And the breakfast is very good!

Everything was so clean and organized I'm very happy we decided to stay here. It was the last minute decision but it was the best decision we could have made in the location was amazing due to the proximity to all of the nice restaurants in the area. Price was very good for this. Very happy and we'll stay again.

Breakfast, baby bed, room design, brand new furniture, entire place...pleasing the view, big rooms, spacious, clean. Very big shower and super comfortable beds. I highly recommend the Hotel.

I have stayed here intermittently since the hotel opened. Good location for stopover on journeys from Bratislava and Liverpool and very good close location to the Neumarkt centre. Very quiet both in the hotel and the general locality giving a restful experience.

+ Great breakfast + Very attentive staff who saw our kid running around at breakfast and offered some coloring sheets and pencils to occupy him so we could eat in peace. + Parking was right underneath the hotel and reasonably priced (we arrived on a Sunday evening, and it cost 6.50 EUR when we left late morning). + Comfy beds. Even the sofa bed was very comfy to sleep on. + Lots of lighting options. There was an LED strip at the head board of the bed that could be adjusted to any color (we chose red as a kind of night light to allow us to sleep but still see in the middle of the night in case the kids needed anything)

As a family of 4 I can say the hotel it's just perfect! The room was comfortable and very nice, the location it's awesome, next to everything you need, really, there is a mini mall right there with supermarkets, DM pharmacy and other stores. The old city with nice buildings, restaurants and other attractions it's just few minutes walking. For those with EV there are few charges available, so after a nice night of sleep you will have your car fully charged. For us worked so well that not only I highly recommend it, but also in our way back from holidays we will stay there again.

"The hotel is very clean in all aspects. The reception staff are very cooperative and friendly. The location is excellent, and it provides a garage for the car inside the hotel. There is a shopping center nearby that has everything you need, adding to the enjoyment of staying and booking at the hotel as you can find everything you need right by your side."

Coming to the hotel on Sunday afternoon and discovered that the reservation on Booking.com didn't count the number of children properly was disappointing. But the receptionist dealt with the situation very well. Hotel is comfortable, staff helpful, breakfast delicious. Definitely worth to stay in at least for one night.
